For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a short description and any available photographs of the item and packaging. Please do not email full payment card details or passwords.

For returns, email support@drastik.us for authorization and the correct return address. The company correspondence address is not a return or fulfillment location.
